Alex King--Wrote a very long post on his blog in 2007. His experience was like mine in many ways. He bought CS2 after the release of CS3 and was promised to receive the upgrade. He sent in receipts and was told that they never arrived. The difference between his experience and mine is that he eventually received what he paid for, and I didn't. Also, he said the customer "service" people were polite to him, they definitely weren't polite to me! See the full post here
